Guidelines

The Graduate Research Internship prorgram provides an opportunity to study and embark on many research opportunities.

To be eligible to apply you must:

1. Have a 3.0 GPA
2. Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
3. Be available for the full duration of the program
4. Meet the application deadline of February 1, 2008.
5. Be interested in promoting diversity in science, engineering, technology, and mathematics.
6. NOTE: Psychology or Geography majors must be pursing a B.S. or M.S. (B.A./M.A. in these two disciplines does not meet the criteria).
7. In accordance with NSF guidelines sholars must belong to a historically underrepresented group in STEM disciplines: African Americans, Alaskan Natives, American Indians, Hispanic Americans and Native Pacific Islanders.
